The tagline says it all:  “Elevate your Palate” and that’s exactly what happens at the Taste of Vail Event coming up in a few weeks. Mark your calendars for March 30- April 3, 2016. This is one of the most delicious parts of the Vail lifestyle and one you can pair with a week of spring skiing if you so choose.

Whether you are a foodie, want to be a foodie (or even forced to attend by a foodie that is also your significant other…) there is truly something for everyone at Taste of Vail as you are treated to some of the best food and drinks available in the country, complete with stunning scenery and views. This is Vail Valley’s finest and it’s a treat to dig deeper into the local culinary culture and have better understanding of this unique area.

Learning is a big part of this weekend and you can pick and choose from an incredible schedule of events. They cover a variety of food trends as well as focused attention on wines, wine and food pairings, olive oils and even cigars-  whatever path you choose, you will leave feeling like an expert!

Highly recommended is the Signature 4 Pass which give you access to the main events:  The Debut of Rosé, The American Lamb Cook-off, the Mountain Top Tasting and the Grand Tasting. You also have the ability to purchase any one of these event items separately if your schedule doesn’t accommodate attending all of them and there are many, many notable options. See below for a full schedule of the Taste of Vail offerings and click to purchase tickets.
